Job summary

• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and records.
• Ability to interpret production orders and QA docs.

Responsibilities

• Check JFT before production and RM before starting production.
• Perform QC start-up inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Tag non-conforming materials with HOLD and release conforming items with QC PASSED.
• Report daily inspection sheets to Unit head and handover shift via logbook.
• Notify Shift Supervisor of non-conforming products and escalate non-conformances.
• Conduct FG shipping inspection and give clearance upon conformance.
