Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a senior ADAS Hardware/Software Integration engineer to join our Production team in the Makkah region. You will drive issue resolution across manufacturing, quality, and supplier interfaces, focusing on ADAS hardware, software, and vehicle-level functionality throughout the production lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostics experience, hands-on ECU flashing, and a track record of improving manufacturing processes in a fast-paced automotive setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, production engineering, systems integration, diagnostics, or quality.
• Experience troubleshooting vehicle electrical, software, or communication issues.
• Familiarity with ECU diagnostics, software flashing, and vehicle verification.
• Working knowledge of vehicle communication protocols, including CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and UDS.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of ADAS-related manufacturing, assembly, and vehicle quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis across sensors, ECUs, vehicle networks, software, and calibration processes.
• Perform vehicle-level integration testing, software verification, and manufacturing trials for issue resolution.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, and manufacturing readiness for ADAS features and components.
• Manage part concessions, deviations, and change control activities for ADAS hardware and software.
• Support End-of-Line diagnostics, calibration, software flashing, and production validation.
• Partner with Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Service, and Supplier teams to resolve issues.
• Improve ADAS manufacturing processes, troubleshooting procedures, and validation methods.
• Provide technical guidance and training to Manufacturing and Quality teams.
• Support production escalations and ensure critical issues are closed on time.
