Job summary

TakeIn, a new food-delivery startup in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a product manager to join the product team. You’ll work across a B2C mobile product, POS, admin dashboard, and driver app in a small, fast-moving group.

You’ll own end-to-end product work—from PRD through live release and post-launch measurement—unblock operations, and collaborate with design and engineering. Expect weekly shipping, user-focused decisions, and a strong bias toward learning and impact.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as a product manager or product owner in a startup or small, fast-moving team.
• B2C mobile product experience with real users.
• Experience with internal tools, dashboards, or ops products.
• Writes clear PRDs and researches them deeply.
• Comfortable with data: defines metrics and pulls numbers.
• Arabic and English at working level for Saudi market and product/engineering teams.
• Understands the Saudi market or has built for it.
• Uses AI in actual workflow and can explain impact.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Point of Sale app properly in your first weeks and understand how restaurants use it.
• Own one product end to end: write PRD, refine with dev team, align stakeholders, and ship, then measure the outcome.
• Unblock the operations team; POS work delaying onboarding.
• Grow into the admin dashboard and the customer app as scope widens.
• Talk to customers, restaurant owners, and ops team in Saudi.
• Work directly with design and engineering in a small team with short lines.
• Ship weekly and evaluate results in days.
