Job summary

Takamol Holding is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own monetization product delivery from concept to launch in a regulated environment. You will define roadmaps, break down strategy into detailed requirements, and coordinate with engineering to deliver features and APIs for enterprise and government clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, platform development, or data-driven solutions.
• Bachelor’s in MIS, IT/software engineering, or related field.
• Business analysis certification or CPM preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale platforms or API ecosystems for gov/enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage delivery of monetization products from requirements to launch.
• Support defining and maintaining the product roadmap with detailed requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Follow up on development progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Support testing, UAT, and production readiness.
• Manage product lifecycle: feature development, releases, and updates.
• Track issues and provide post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with Data Monetization team for client onboarding and GTM readiness.
• Balance stakeholder requirements including regulators, government entities, partners, and enterprise clients.
• Monitor product performance: transaction volumes, adoption, revenue contribution, gaps.
• Support onboarding: ensure technical readiness and smooth go-live.
• Ensure compliance with PDPL, data governance, cybersecurity, and sector regs.
• Understand data governance, PDPL, monetization models, APIs, subscriptions, offerings.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product features.
• Work on discovery, design, and development of new products based on market needs.

Roles and responsibility

• 1- Execute and manage the delivery of monetization products and platforms from requirements to launch
• 2- Support defining and maintaining the product roadmap by
  • a: Breaking down high-level strategy into detailed requirements and deliverables
  • b: Prioritizing features based on business needs and client demand
• 3- Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to
  • a: Define detailed product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
  • b: Follow up on development progress and ensure timely delivery
  • c: Support testing UAT and ensure production readiness
• 4- Work and manage product lifecycle management activities including
  • a: Feature development and enhancements

• 11- Ability to work in highly regulated environments and translate regulatory requirements into product features
• 12- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical commercial legal and regulatory teams
• 13- work in the discovery design and development of new products and services based on market needs customer pain points and strategic priorities
• 14- Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer insight gathering to identify new product opportunities and emerging industry trends
• 15- Build business cases and feasibility assessments for new products services and initiatives
• 16- Define product value propositions target segments and success metrics

Experience

7+ years of experience in product management, platform development, or data-driven solutions.

Specific Requirements

• Education background (+certificates if any): MIS , IT/software engineering, or any related field.
• Specific requirements (such as tools or programs) the candidates must be skilled in:
  • o Business analysis certification or product manager (CPM) (preferred)
  • o Proven experience leading large-scale platforms or API ecosystems, preferably in government, fintech, or enterprise environments
  • o Proven track record of launching and scaling platforms used by enterprise or government clients
