Job summary

ProcureNet in Riyadh is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support daily sourcing of goods and services, manage requisitions and supplier coordination, and ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing.

You will engage with internal stakeholders, maintain procurement records, and participate in supplier evaluations to uphold policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Source supplier quotations and assist with price and technical comparisons
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs
