Job summary

A logistics service provider in Riyadh is seeking an experienced procurement manager to oversee the procurement and contract lifecycle for facilities management services. Responsibilities include executing procurement activities, developing and managing contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and experience in managing FM and MEP contracts. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on supplier performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably with exposure to FM and MEP contracts.

Job description

Manage the procurement and contract lifecycle for FM services to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing, strong supplier performance, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end procurement activities in line with approved policies, including quotation analysis, negotiations, and managing RFPs/tenders.
  • Develop and manage contracts, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting mechanisms, and performance management frameworks.
  • Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
  • Plan contract renewals in advance and conduct benchmark-based renegotiations to secure optimal commercial and technical terms.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain procurement files to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
Scope of Work Includes:
Hard Services (MEP/Technical Maintenance):

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting systems, BMS, generators, pumps, elevators, and preventive/corrective maintenance.

Soft Services:

Security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and pest control.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably with exposure to FM and MEP contracts.
  • Strong contract management and negotiation skills (complex SLAs, KPIs, deductions)
  • Experience in managing tenders and preparing structured award recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance and audit standards.
