At OMQ, the Procurement Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the availability of all required materials and supplies for event execution – at competitive prices, high quality, and timely delivery. The role is responsible for executing daily purchasing operations, negotiating with suppliers, managing quotations, following up on purchase orders, and ensuring timely supply aligned with quality standards and required specifications. The specialist also contributes to enhancing the procurement cycle’s efficiency and improving supply chain performance in support of OMQ’s objective to reduce costs without compromising the quality of event preparations.
