AlRashed Industrial is seeking a Procurement Logistics Officer to manage sourcing, supplier relations, and end-to-end procurement processes. You will coordinate with multiple departments to determine procurement needs and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

The role requires 2–5 years in procurement or logistics and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics). Import/export knowledge is a plus. We value strong negotiation and organizational skills.

About the Role

Procurement Logistics Officer is responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, inventory coordination, and logistics operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. The role supports operational efficiency by maintaining compliance with company policies, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating transportation and distribution activities.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and maintain a good relationship.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with various departments to determine their procurement needs.
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred.
• Familiarity with import/export and customs procedures is an advantage.
