The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of experience in senior procurement roles within the Industrial or Heavy Equipment sectors and have a proven track record in managing complex procurement departments. Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills are essential for this role.

• Minimum 12+ years in a senior procurement role within the Industrial or Heavy Equipment sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large procurement departments and complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a world-class procurement strategy for heavy machinery and group-wide assets.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with international OEMs and top-tier local suppliers.
• Lead high-value negotiations to maximize cost-efficiency and ensure premium service levels.
• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including international logistics, customs, and delivery.
• Ensure all technical requirements are met to maintain zero downtime.
