Job summary

FNRCO is seeking an experienced Procurement Delivery Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead end-to-end procurement from requirements through contract award and handover.

The role oversees procurement planning, tender documentation, bidder communications, clarification and evaluation activities, and mobilization, with governance and reporting responsibility to ensure compliance and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of procurement delivery experience.
• Experience with EOI, PQQ, and RFP documentation and tender management.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of end-to-end procurement activities from requirement definition through contract award and handover.

The role will provide leadership across procurement and sourcing planning, tender documentation, bidder communications, clarification and evaluation activities, technical and commercial assessments, award recommendations, contract formation and mobilization, and procurement governance and reporting.

Key Requirements

• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field is relevant to the role.


• 10+ years of relevant procurement delivery experience.


• Strong experience managing end-to-end procurement activities.


• Proven experience in procurement and sourcing planning.


• Strong experience preparing and managing EOI, PQQ, and RFP documentation.


• Experience managing tender schedules and bidder communications.


• Strong experience coordinating clarification and evaluation activities.
