Role Summary

The Procurement Analyst will support procurement and sourcing operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, components, and services required for solar tracker and renewable energy projects. The role demands strong analytical capability, supplier performance management, and sound knowledge of both local and international procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of procurement strategies for solar tracker components, materials, and related services within KSA.
  • Analyze supplier performance, lead times, pricing, and cost structures to improve efficiency and achieve cost savings.
  • Manage vendor qualification, onboarding, and compliance in line with company quality, sustainability, and governance standards.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, cost analyses, and management dashboards.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi procurement regulations, customs requirements, and company global sourcing policies.
  • Support commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contractual terms.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably within renewable energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent preferred).
  • Solid understanding of local procurement regulations in KSA and international trade practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in renewable energy or solar industry supply chains.
  • Knowledge of logistics coordination and customs clearance processes in the Middle East.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
