At National Aquaculture Group (NAQUA), we are committed to excellence, sustainability, and delivering high-quality seafood to the world. We are currently seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Supervisor – Processing Plant (Shrimp) to lead our production lines in Al Laith, Saudi Arabia.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for executing production plans, optimizing resources, and ensuring our shrimp products meet the highest international standards of quality and food safety.

🔍 Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Excellence: Execute the daily production plan to achieve maximum output while managing raw material and manpower effectively.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure 100% compliance with product specifications, HACCP plans, GMP rules, and EMS-14001 standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and train staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hygiene practices.
  • Operational Monitoring: Track performance KPIs, monitor equipment cleanliness, and manage temperature controls throughout all production stages.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with Harvest, Cold Store, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and proper traceability.

✅ What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Degree in Process Engineering, Food Processing/Technology, or a related Diploma.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a large-scale fresh food processing plant (4–5 years if holding a Diploma).
  • Technical Savvy: Strong knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP/BRC), sanitation practices, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability in team management, time management, and interpersonal communication.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Innova software is a major plus.
