Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a seasoned Principal Engineer – Water to lead the design and delivery of large-scale water, hydrology, and wet utilities projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This senior role requires strong technical leadership, deep knowledge of local authority standards, and proven experience delivering complex programs in KSA.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, drive quality, engage clients, and support business development while advancing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil/water-related engineering; master's preferred.
12–15+ years in water infrastructure design or wet utilities.
Proven leadership delivering large-scale projects in KSA with local authority liaison.
Strong modelling and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of major water infrastructure projects.
Provide technical leadership in hydrology, modelling, and wet utilities.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, env, and transport.
Prepare reports, drawings, tender docs, and studies.
Engage clients and manage authority submissions.
