WSP seeks an exceptional Technical Director - Water based in Saudi Arabia to lead technical excellence and project delivery across the Middle East. You will guide multidisciplinary teams on potable water, wastewater, flood management, and integrated infrastructure schemes, while mentoring staff and pursuing growth with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, PMP or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Typically 15-20+ years of experience within water infrastructure consultancy.
• Extensive experience delivering major water projects in Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East.

Responsabilités

• Act as a Technical Authority across water infrastructure disciplines and provide strategic technical leadership for major water projects.
• Lead technical reviews, governance activities, and ensure designs meet international best practice and local requirements.
• Oversee delivery of complex multidisciplinary water projects from inception through detailed design and construction support.
• Monitor project performance (scope, schedule, quality, risk, profitability) and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Mentor engineers, support recruitment, and foster collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.
• Build relationships with utilities, authorities, developers, and strategic clients; lead workshops and client engagements.
