WSP in the Middle East seeks a highly experienced Principal Structural Engineer (Airports) to join our team in Saudi Arabia, delivering major airport and aviation infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. The role requires deep knowledge of airport terminals, aviation facilities, and related structures with leadership across multidisciplinary design teams.

15+ years of structural engineering experience focused on airport/aviation projects.
Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary design teams and large terminal projects.
Experience delivering design and technical documentation across project stages.

Responsibilities

Lead structural design and delivery for major airport and aviation projects across all stages.
Provide technical leadership for airport terminals, concourses, and related facilities.
Coordinate multidisciplinary design with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee preparation and review of calculations, reports, specifications, and design docs.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and quality procedures.
Support planning, resources, and programme delivery to meet objectives.
Mentor junior engineers and review design work.
Participate in design reviews, VE exercises, and workshops.
Collaborate with project directors to ensure successful delivery.
Assist in preparing technical proposals and client presentations.
