Job summary

Seerah is urgently hiring a Mother Tube Cutting Operator for the SS Pipe Manufacturing Industry. The successful candidate will operate and monitor tube-cutting machinery to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe production of stainless-steel pipes according to required specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating tube-cutting equipment, setting up machines, inspecting finished tubes, and maintaining a clean production area while following safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates must currently reside in the Philippines or India.
• Strong experience in the SS pipe manufacturing industry.
• Experience in stainless-steel pipe manufacturing.
• Construction-industry experience is not considered.
• Experience operating tube-cutting or related pipe-manufacturing machinery is preferred.
• Understanding of production, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mother tube cutting machines and related manufacturing equipment.
• Perform accurate cutting of stainless-steel tubes according to specified dimensions.
• Set up and adjust machines based on production requirements.
• Inspect finished tubes for dimensions, quality, and defects.
• Follow production schedules and maintain consistent output.
• Identify and report machine issues, defects, or production abnormalities.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure equipment is kept in proper working condition.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Work closely with the production and quality-control teams to meet manufacturing targets.
