Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a car painter.
• Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials used in auto body repair.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Attention to detail with excellent color perception skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Mix paint and other materials to achieve desired color and consistency.
• Apply paint using various techniques such as spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
• Ensure all touch-ups are done accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect finished paint jobs to ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
