Responsibilities

• Input and update data in the database with precision and speed.
• Verify accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections - Ensure data integrity and security at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Adhere to data entry standards and procedures.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
• Complaints resolution. Communicate efficiently and control the process of complaint resolution between company and other counter parties
