Job summary

Datamatics Technologies is seeking a Power BI Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise dashboards and reports. The role emphasizes PBIRS on-premises, DAX, data modeling, and performance tuning in large-scale environments.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end report development, implement security, and work closely with data engineers to ensure accurate analytics and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI development in enterprise environments.
• Experience with PBIRS (Power BI Report Server).
• Strong DAX, data modeling, and report optimization skills.
• Proficient in Power Query (M) and SQL for data extraction.
• Knowledge of star schemas, KPIs, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security and secure connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create complex DAX measures and calculated columns.
• Use Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Develop data models with star schemas and relationships.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data extraction.
• Connect Power BI to enterprise data sources and data warehouses.
• Publish, deploy, and troubleshoot PBIRS reports.
• Maintain documentation for KPIs, mappings, and configurations.
