Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MS Power BI professional to design, develop, and deliver insightful dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making. The role involves working on data preparation, data warehousing, and visualization initiatives while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Perform data preparation, cleansing, and transformation from multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop and optimize DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of Power BI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and analytical insights.
• Document BI solutions and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Arabic and English.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline (Information Technology, Information Management, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working on MS Power BI projects.
• Strong experience in data preparation and data warehousing projects.
• Proven experience using Microsoft Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query).
• Familiarity with scripting and programming (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell, or similar).
