Job description

Saudi Arabia – Required for a reputed switchgear/panel manufacturing company (Switchgear / Low Voltage Electrical Panel Manufacturing Division). The role of Powder Coating Foreman – 10 positions available.

Job Purpose: Responsible for preparing and applying powder coatings to metal parts and surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques. Ensures that coatings are applied uniformly and meet all quality, durability, and appearance specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare parts and surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and degreasing.
• Use orbital sanders and other tools to remove rust, imperfections, or defects prior to coating.
• Mask and unmask parts according to process sheets to protect threads or sensitive areas.
• Set up, operate, and adjust powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths, and ovens.
• Apply powder coatings evenly and consistently to achieve high‑quality finishes per job specifications.
• Bake coated parts in ovens at specified temperatures and timeframes to cure finishes.
• Monitor coating operations and make real‑time adjustments to ensure proper coverage, adhesion, and finish.
• Perform touch‑up work and rework parts as needed to correct imperfections.
