Job summary

CoorB is seeking an experienced PMO Manager in a strategic role to lead the PMO, align project outcomes with organizational goals, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will guide cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across programs.

The role requires deep PMO expertise, strong leadership, and prior success coordinating large, multi-disciplinary projects in a software/IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• PMO leadership experience is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the executive board to highlight key action items, project priorities, and progress updates.
• Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational strategy through effective communication and reporting.
• Participate as a key member of the strategy team, contributing to formulation and execution of long-term organizational strategies.
• Ensure that project management practices support the overall business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Developed and deployed automated systems to track performance across multiple projects using KPIs.
