Job summary

Deepsource Technologies is seeking an experienced PMO Expert to establish and manage project governance standards, reporting, and performance management across multiple projects. The role ensures delivery on time within budget and aligned with organizational objectives.

You will establish PMO governance frameworks, monitor scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and provide executive dashboards to drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in PMO or governance roles.
• Experience in enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with project portfolio management, governance, reporting and performance tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with PMO tools like MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, policies and standards.
• Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, processes and procedures.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Consolidate project status reports and provide executive-level dashboards and insights.
• Track KPIs, milestones, deliverables and overall portfolio performance.
• Manage and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, resource management and delivery governance.
• Identify risks and delays and drive mitigation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with business, technology and project stakeholders for alignment.
• Prepare steering committee and management presentations.
• Support portfolio prioritization, resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and governance.

• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks policies and standards
• Develop and maintain project management methodologies templates processes and procedures
• Monitor project scope schedule budget resources risks issues and dependencies
• Consolidate project status reports and provide executive-level dashboards and insights
• Track project KPIs milestones deliverables and overall portfolio performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering , or a related field.5 + years of overall experience , with strong experience in PMO/project governance
• Proven experience working in enterprise-scale or complex transformation programs .
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid methodologies .
• Experience with project portfolio management, governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint ; experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar PMO tools is preferred.
