Job summary

TXM Solutions is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer - Shutdown & Turnaround in Saudi Arabia to lead planning, scheduling and progress monitoring for SD/TA projects. The role requires contractor-side exposure and a strong background in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in planning engineering, familiarity with Primavera P6, and EPC project experience. Relocation may be required to project locations within the region.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer - Shutdown & Turnaround with a strong background in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery projects.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Planning Engineering
• Strong Shutdown & Turnaround (SD/TA) project experience
• Must have contractor-side experience handling Shutdown / Turnaround projects
• Strong exposure to Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery projects
• EPC project experience is highly preferred
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering qualification
• Experience in planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and project controls
• Primavera P6 experience preferred
• Previous Saudi Arabia / GCC experience is an advantage
• Good English communication and reporting skills
• Must be flexible and open to relocation depending on the project location

Important: Candidates with only client-side/operations experience and without direct contractor-side Shutdown & Turnaround exposure may not be suitable.
