Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Civil).
• Minimum 5-8 years of planning experience on EPC infrastructure or power projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Excel / reporting tools.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules (Level 3 & Level 4) using Primavera P6.
• Establish WBS covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Define activity logic, durations, resources, and critical path.
• Prepare and maintain baseline schedule per SEC requirements.
• Monitor progress and update schedules weekly/monthly; report variances.
• Support delay analysis, recovery plans, and EOT claims.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.
• Interface with SEC representatives for schedule reviews and approvals.
