Job summary

PIPECARE Group is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for our Dammam, Saudi Arabia operations. You will plan, coordinate and support safe, cost-effective execution of pipeline pigging and inline inspection projects from handover to close-out.

The role requires reviewing client requirements, preparing execution documentation, coordinating resources and third-party services, monitoring schedules and costs, and ensuring compliance with PIPECARE QHSE standards and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum two years of project engineering/operations planning experience in oil & gas.
• Knowledge of pipeline pigging and inline inspection operations and field execution requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate pipeline pigging and inline inspection activities from handover to completion.
• Review scope, specs, drawings and client requirements for execution readiness.
• Prepare execution plans, risk assessments, procedures and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Tool Management, Logistics, HSE and other departments.
• Monitor schedules, mobilization, resources, and readiness milestones.
• Support site execution activities including launching, receiving, cleaning, gauging, calibration and inspections.
• Ensure tools and consumables meet project requirements and client standards.
• Coordinate with third-party services (nitrogen pumping, compressors, cranes, etc.) and document progress.
