Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a Professional flight training expert to lead helicopter flight training sessions, both in-flight and on the ground. The role focuses on FCФs, flight procedures, emergency procedures, and coordination with Airbus teams and customers.

The position requires proactive problem detection, compliance awareness, and a commitment to integrity to support Airbus’ standards of safety, quality and sustainable growth in the Saudi market.

Qualifications

• In-depth training delivery experience for helicopters.
• Ability to teach and assess flight procedures and emergency protocols.
• Strong coordination with teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-flight and on-ground training on FCФ/Functional Check Flights.
• Train on flight procedures and emergency procedures.
• Explain helicopter equipment interfaces and weapon systems.
• Coordinate with Airbus team and customer/operator.
• Proactively detect potential problems to improve safety and performance.

The helicopter Pilot participates on the helicopter flight as Aircraft Commander. He provides in-flight and on ground training on:

• FCF (Functional Check Flights)
• Flight procedures
• Emergency procedures
• Helicopter equipment and Weapon Systems interfaces
• Pilot training course
• Coordination with the Airbus team and customer/operator
• To have a pro-active role, in order to detect the potential problems
