Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our medical team in Sakaka, Saudi Arabia. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for medical testing, transfusions, donations, or research. This is a full-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for blood draw procedures
• Verify patient identity and explain procedure to alleviate any fears or concerns
• Sterilize equipment and maintain a clean work environment
• Collect and label blood samples accurately and efficiently
• Monitor patients during and after the procedure for any adverse reactions
• Properly dispose of used needles and other biohazard materials
• Keep accurate records of patient information and lab results
• Communicate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff regarding test orders and results

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Phlebotomist
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (preferred) or English
• Ability to follow strict protocols and maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable working with needles and handling blood samples
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
