Job summary

Nahdi Medical Co. in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of pharmacies and clinics across the region.

You will plan resources, supervise contractors, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while coordinating with the Maintenance Manager on projects and budgets. The role requires a BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of MEP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Proficient with MS Office and basic AutoCAD.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic maintenance environment with multiple pharmacy/clinic sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance work in pharmacies and clinics and guide maintenance staff.
• Plan schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgeted maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety, health, and quality policies are followed (HQSE) and report on compliance.
