Qualifications

• Certification in Personal Training or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess fitness levels, goals, and any health limitations.
• Design personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals.
• Provide demonstrations of exercises and ensure proper form and technique.
• Motivate clients to stay on track with their fitness journey.
