Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a seasoned People Services professional to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle in our Riyadh HQ. You will ensure accurate HR transactions, payroll inputs, documentation, contracts, and benefits administration to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Your role involves managing employment contracts through renewals and amendments, overseeing medical insurance, maintaining HR data accuracy, and supporting compliance with Saudi labor law across platforms like Qiwa and

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in human resources and employee services.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems such as Oracle.
• Solid knowledge of contract management, GOSI and medical insurance processes.
• Strong data management, reporting, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end People Services across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead contract preparation, issuance, renewals, amendments and archiving.
• Handle payroll inputs and benefits administration.
• Maintain employee records, generate attendance and status reports.
• Administer e-government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI) per Saudi labor laws.
• Contribute HR data analysis and process improvements.
