Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Pediatric Emergency Medicine Specialist to deliver advanced care for pediatric patients in Jeddah. The role focuses on managing acute emergencies, leading resuscitation efforts, and improving department performance within a tertiary healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will have a medical degree with pediatric and emergency medicine training, board certification, and at least five years of post-specialty experience in emergency care.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with completed training in Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine.
• Board certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialty experience in emergency settings.
• Eligibility for consultant classification with Saudi health authorities.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency care for pediatric patients from neonates to adolescents.
• Manage acute medical, surgical, and trauma-related emergencies.
• Lead resuscitation teams and handle complex triage and critical care situations.
• Collaborate with pediatric ICU, surgical teams, and diagnostic departments.
• Mentor junior doctors and healthcare staff in emergency protocols and procedures.
• Participate in clinical audits, research activities, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
