Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a hands-on MC Factory Repair Engineer / Technician to support PBA repair, defect analysis, quality inspection, and production operations in a leading electronics manufacturing environment.

You will perform SMD / Main PBA repairs, troubleshoot defects, maintain circuit diagrams, manage repair materials, and support training and corrective actions in a fast-paced factory setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering may apply for freshers.
• 2-year diploma/college graduates with an Engineering background can be considered.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Practical interest or experience in PBA/SMD repair, electronics manufacturing, quality inspection, or defect analysis will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a factory/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform SMD / Main PBA and component-level repairs.
• Analyze production defects and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Maintain circuit diagrams and repair-related technical documentation.
• Manage repair material flow, FOC claims, and inventory.
• Develop treatment plans for non-repairable units.
• Handle defect management using Odin PGM.
• Support production teams with technical troubleshooting and repair guidance.
• Conduct PBA pre-inspection and SKD material inspection.
• Identify and manage incoming material shortages.
• Monitor humidity, temperature, ESD conditions, line leakage current, and 5S standards.
• Analyze defects, prepare reports, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor defect PPM and defect rates.
• Support repair training, in-line repair training, and PBA/component repair activities.
