Job summary

Roche is seeking a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) to operate as a local leader connecting ecosystem stakeholders with Roche to co-create high-impact, patient-centric solutions. Ideal candidates will have a university degree in Pharmacy or related field, with advanced business experience (MBA) and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree in Pharmacy or related field required.
• MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
• CCXA Academy certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner between stakeholders and Roche; prioritize needs and secure resources.
• Drive patient-centric solutions with cross-functional teams across the ecosystem.
• Oversee patient journeys and ensure appropriate use of Roche products.
• Collaborate with PAGs and TAE organizations to enhance stakeholder engagement.
