Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a proactive Parts Supervisor to oversee daily Parts operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, high quality, safety, and productivity. You will lead a team to achieve operational excellence while supporting business objectives and customer satisfaction.

You will drive service levels, coach the team, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet KPIs, while managing costs and workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Parts, logistics, procurement, or transport operations.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience supervising operational teams.
• Proficiency in Parts systems and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Parts operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock control activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.
• Manage Parts resources, equipment, and manpower to achieve productivity targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Parts associates and MHE operators to deliver high performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure service level agreements and KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor Parts processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Ensure Parts equipment is maintained and utilized effectively.
• Support workforce planning and manage overtime and operational costs.
