Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing successful employee experience programs.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
