Job summary

Merge Recruitment Agency in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced branch operations leader with 7–10 years in the Printing Press field. You will manage daily to month-end reports, monitor market competition, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service to customers.

Responsibilities include budgeting, overseeing accounts receivable, warehouse and inventory management, and cross-functional coordination across admin, pre-press, printing, and sales.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business administration or equivalent from recognize university.
• 7-10 years of experience in Printing Press field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains communication between branch and management by preparing daily, weekly and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity.
• Stay abreast of competing markets, development, building, etc. in the community and surrounding areas. Contact contractors/developers in pursuit of business.
• Maintain contact between customer and employee on the work area and ensure quality service.
• Resolve customer issues timely and professionally.
• Continuously update product knowledge and assist customers in selections.
• Responsible for cost-effective requisition of needed equipment, supplies, and outsourced services.
• Develop sales and expense budget for branch operations.
• Analyze and evaluate activities, costs, operations, budgets and forecast data to determine branch progress toward goals.
• Direct accounts receivable activities for branch including collection calls.
• Oversee daily operations (admin, pre-press, printing, post-press, sales, customer service, costing).
• Direct warehouse operations: maintain inventory levels, order materials, route deliveries and pickups.
• Review daily reports and take appropriate action.
• Attend periodic branch manager meetings.
• Complete and submit paperwork regarding personnel, accounting, accounts payable.
