Job summary

Confidential Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a skilled QA inspector to lead stage-wise inspections across manufacturing, from material verification to final painting checks. You will coordinate with production planning and QC teams to ensure timely inspections and maintain comprehensive reports per the approved QCP.

Your role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, with proficiency in MS Excel and related software to document and verify inspection results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (BGAS-CSWIP).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections at all manufacturing stages including material identification and traceability.
• Coordinate with production planning and QC teams to ensure timely inspections and reporting.
• Prepare inspection offers and detailed reports per approved QCP.
• Handover signed reports to the document controller.
• Verify and maintain inspection checklists.

Reviewing ITP Data sheet Procedures DrawingsComprehensive Stage-wise Inspection Daily inspection schedule last day updates etc Conduct inspections at all manufacturing stages including a Material identification and verification traceability base frames b Setup inspections for base frames Structure c Welding visual and dimensional inspections base frames Structure d Post-Blasting visual checks e Painting Verification reporting f Check list Punch points reporting Internal g PP VI Documents review reporting External h Final Painting Inspection Reporting Interdepartmental Coordination Collaborate with production planning and QC teams to ensure timely execution the inspectionactivities along with report Comments resolution on Painting procedure and submission coordinating with respective teamlead Vendor and External Inspection Management Coordinate with external vendors for Structurer and Painting Inspection Interface with third-party inspection agencies and customers for inspection stages as per theapproved Test Plan Issue Escalation and Resolution Identify and elevate critical quality issues to the Manager or relevant superior for timelyresolution Technical Review and Documentation Check and endorse supplier Painting test certificates for components where painting in supplierScope Quality System Compliance Ensure adherence to internal customer If Applicable quality standards Inspection Reporting and Documentation Preparing the Inspection offer sheet as per the Inspection NOI Prepare detailed inspection reports for all stages in accordance with the approved QCP and ensurethat they are duly signed by all concerned parties Handover all sign report to the document controller Verify and maintain inspection checklists
