Job summary

ASAS for Developing & Operating industrial Cities in Riyadh seeks an experienced Oracle Applications Developer to design, implement, and support Oracle EBS and Fusion solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, develop OAF & ADF components, and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of Oracle development experience, strong PL/SQL, Oracle Database expertise, and familiarity with BI Publisher or OTBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in Oracle application development.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion (both preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop OAF & ADF components.
• Develop and maintain customizations using Oracle technologies.
• Design and build reports and dashboards.
• Develop integrations between Oracle systems and external applications (APIs / Web Services).
• Provide technical support and resolve system issues (bug fixing).

To design, develop, customize, and support Oracle enterprise applications (such as EBS and/or Fusion) in alignment with business requirements, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop OAF & ADF
• Develop and maintain customizations using Oracle technologies
• Design and build reports and dashboards
• Develop integrations between Oracle systems and external applications (APIs / Web Services)
• Provide technical support and resolve system issues (bug fixing)

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in:
• PL/SQL
• Expert in OAF and ADF.
• Oracle Forms & Reports (for EBS)

• Understanding of system architecture
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database
