Job summary

A leading ceramic manufacturing company in the Riyadh Region is seeking a qualified Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will manage machinery operations independently while ensuring production quality. Responsibilities include regular inspections, maintenance, and adherence to company policies. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least five years of related experience. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must, along with adaptability to shift demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a machine operator in a relevant section of a reputable ceramic tiles manufacturing company.
• Basic ability to understand English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Periodically checks production output and quality, taking corrective action if required.
• Examines the machine regularly for smooth operation; informs supervisor if any problem occurs.
• Carries out cleaning and lubrication of the machine to optimize operation.
• Maintains proper housekeeping in the section.
• Implements energy management surveillance and improvement.

Operates the assigned machine / Equipment independently without the requirement of close supervision & monitoring, following standard operating procedures in the section.

Job Responsibilities

• Periodically checks production output & quality, takes corrective action if required and informs supervisor or senior operator for further action.
• Examine the machine regularly for its smooth operation, if any problem informs supervisor or senior operator for follow up with maintenance.
• Carry out activities like cleaning/ lubrication of machine etc. to optimize machine operation and reduce breakdown.
• Maintains proper housekeeping in the section.
• Energy management surveillance and improvement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

Minimum 5 years as a machine operator in a relevant section of a reputable ceramic tiles manufacturing company.

Language

Basic ability to understand English and Arabic.

Skills

• Should have fair English knowledge to read, write and communicate.
• Able to work lengthy hours if needed and work all shifts flexibly when job demands.
