Job summary

Napco National seeks a professional to understand its business environment and implement lean manufacturing principles such as JIT, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, and PDCA. The role requires knowledge of maintenance machinery, spare parts, tools, and related items.

The candidate will apply local and international occupational health & safety policies, interpret legal requirements, and ensure protection of people and property while minimizing market losses.

Qualifications

• Experience applying lean manufacturing methods within a production/maintenance environment.
• Ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with local and international health & safety standards.

Job description

• Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA and other related tools
• Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
