Job summary

Napco National is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to organize and plan work and projects to meet short and long-term objectives. You will monitor, collect and interpret data from various sources, evaluate results, and create reports to assist decision-making processes in maintenance and operations.

Additionally, you will observe asset status in real-time to prioritize and optimize maintenance resources, aiming to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing and planning work or projects.
• Ability to monitor and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of machinery, spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Familiar with testing materials against standards.
• Capability to identify, isolate and rectify faults and apply RCA.

Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.

Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work.

Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.

Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.

Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.

Identify, isolate, and totally rectifiy a fault so that the failed asset can be restored to an operational condition in which it can perform its intended function at NAPCO and if necessary apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure long term solution is also applied.
