1. Plan, developand implement strategy for training and development, establish and maintainappropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of training.

2. Liaise withRSAF fellow instructors to ensure training objectives and purposes are achievedthrough curriculum development process.

3. Evaluate thedeficiencies of training programs and provide solutions for improvement.

4. Developingtesting and evaluation processes.

5. Confer withCommander and conduct surveys to identify training needs.

6. Develop andorganize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educationalmaterials.

7. Develop,implement and manage Weapons School curriculum infrastructure and configurationmanagement system.

8. Ensure/ perform reviews, revisions, updating,and development of course material and manage all academics, multiple advancedsyllabi and supporting academic documents.

Requirements
  • Knowledge ofprinciples and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching andinstruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of trainingeffects.
  • Knowledge ofthe structure and content of the English language including the meaning andspelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
