Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities, ensure smooth workflow, and uphold service quality across the team in Riyadh. You will monitor performance, allocate tasks, and coach staff to meet deadlines and targets.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to maintain efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations with supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with KPIs, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, support, and monitor the operations team.
• Allocate tasks and manage work schedules and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
