Job ID: 3156835 | Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd
Here at Amazon we are currently seeking experienced Operations Managers to join our Customer Fulfillment team at our new Fulfillment Center in Cranbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the AU Fulfillment Center (FC) leadership team during its phase of expansion and growth, where you define process flows and shape standard work routines as the operations scale up. As an Operations Manager, you’ll deliver inspiring, inclusive leadership for the teams you supervise, while also being hands‑on when necessary.
You’ll be directly responsible for supervising a team of Area Managers and their direct reports, and you will report to the Site Lead of your Fulfillment Center. The quality of your leadership is key to achievement in this role; you’ll motivate and inspire your teams to do their best work, while planning schedules and activities that balance their needs with that of the business. Another key aspect of your role will be coordinating numerous process‑improvement projects to streamline all activities for yourself and the team members you supervise; the ideas you generate may be rolled out across the Amazon network.
Shift pattern: 4 nights on and 3 nights off (Sunday to Wednesday).
