Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an organized Operations Manager, Technology Enablement – MEA to drive regional enablement programs and executive support for the Riyadh office. You will design workflows, coordinate trainings and events, and ensure programs scale across KSA and the broader MEA region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, CS, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years in operations management, enablement operations, program management, or executive support in high-tech environments.
  • Proven experience providing high-level executive assistant support to senior leaders (Director/VP level).
  • Strong project and process management skills in fast-paced, scaling environments.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient with MS 365/Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, PM platforms; basic data viz in Excel/Power BI.
  • Fluent English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
  • Experience in Middle East markets (KSA/GCC) is desirable.
  • Travel 10–20% within KSA/MEA.

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve operational processes, workflows, and governance for regional enablement programs.
  • Own intake and prioritization of enablement requests with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage calendars, timelines, logistics, and events (trainings, demos, executive briefings).
  • Track KPIs and create dashboards for VP and leadership.
  • Support LMS, content repos, demo environments, and knowledge bases.
  • Drive standardization and automation; leverage digital/AI tools internally.
  • Coordinate regional enablement events, venues, AV, catering, and travel.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and procurement for enablement activities.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and cross-functional liaison with Sales Ops/HR/IT.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-savvy Operations Manager, Technology Enablement – MEA to serve as the operational backbone for the Technology and Business Enablement and the regional enablement team in Riyadh.

This hybrid role blends strategic enablement operations (program management, process excellence, and scaling regional training/demo/workshop initiatives) with high-level executive assistant and office/team administration responsibilities. You will ensure enablement programs run flawlessly across Saudi Arabia and the wider MEA region while maximizing the team’s time on high-value strategic activities.

You will play a critical role in supporting Supermicro’s ambitious growth in one of the world’s fastest-expanding AI and data center markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Technology Enablement Operations (≈ 60%)

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and governance for regional Technology Enablement programs (sales enablement, partner enablement, customer workshops, technical trainings, and solution adoption initiatives focused on AI/GPU servers, liquid cooling, Data Center Building Block Solutions, and sovereign cloud).
  • Own the regional enablement request intake and prioritization process, working closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, and Engineering teams across KSA and MEA.
  • Manage the regional enablement calendar, program timelines, logistics, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality trainings, webinars, demos, executive briefings, and events on time.
  • Establish and track KPIs and success metrics for enablement effectiveness (training completion, adoption rates, win-rate influence, customer/partner feedback); prepare dashboards and reports for the VP and global leadership.
  • Support the administration of enablement platforms and tools (LMS, content repositories, demo environment coordination, knowledge base).
  • Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and best-practice adoption; identify opportunities to leverage digital/AI tools internally.
  • Coordinate logistics for regional enablement events, including venue sourcing in KSA/GCC, AV, catering, attendee management, and travel coordination where required.
  • Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement for enablement activities in the region.
  • Support knowledge sharing and documentation to scale best practices across the MEA team.
  • Provide comprehensive, high-level support to the Technology and Business Enablement team – MEA and key team members: proactive calendar management, complex regional and international travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparation of briefing materials and presentations.
  • Organize and support team meetings, leadership syncs, strategic planning sessions, and offsites – including agenda preparation, note-taking, action-item tracking, and follow-up.
  • Lead or coordinate onboarding and offboarding for new members of the regional Technology Enablement team, ensuring smooth integration and access to tools/resources.
  • Act as the central liaison between the Technology Enablement function and internal partners (Sales Ops, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities, Legal) on administrative and operational matters in KSA.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations and Riyadh office needs to maintain a productive hybrid work environment (vendor coordination, supplies, meeting room logistics, local event support).
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and special projects assigned by the VP with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Support local compliance and cultural considerations for events and team activities in the Kingdom.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in operations management, enablement operations, program management, or executive support in a high‑tech, hardware, data center, or AI infrastructure environment.
  • Proven experience providing high-level executive assistant support to senior leaders (Director/VP level or above).
  • Strong project and process management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, scaling, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, project management platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com) and basic data visualization in Excel/Power BI.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Arabic proficiency (written and spoken) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in or with Middle East markets (especially KSA/GCC) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within KSA and the MEA region (10–20%).
