Overview

One of our clients is seeking experienced Operations Experts and General Management professionals to support a leading AI research lab developing next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement applies real-world operations and management expertise to analyze, structure, and address practical challenges that inform AI research, evaluation, and infrastructure development. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute directly to innovative AI initiatives in a fully remote, project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common general management and operational scenarios
• Analyze operational challenges and develop clear, well-reasoned recommendations and decision frameworks
• Review and refine AI-generated content related to operations, management, and organizational decision-making
• Provide domain-specific insights to identify gaps, limitations, or inconsistencies in AI system outputs
• Apply consistent quality standards across all deliverables

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in general management, operations, or a closely related field
• Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and clarity
