We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our sales processes and ensure smooth sales department operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain sales data and records.
  • Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of products/services.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members.
  • Streamline and optimize sales processes.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from KFUPM, KAUST, Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd, Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman, or Alfaisal University.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Previous experience in sales operations is a plus but not required.
  • Desire to learn and grow in the role.
Nice to Have
  • Financial software proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
