Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Riyadh is seeking a Deputy Operational Risk Manager to support and coordinate security, resilience and business continuity programs across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

You will apply practical security experience to assessments, incident coordination and reporting, ensuring timely actions and escalation when needed. The role requires managing plans, dashboards and coordination with projects and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 6–8 years of security/operational risk experience.
• Experience coordinating security assessments, incident reporting and travel risk.
• Ability to lead incident management during emergencies and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of operational risk, physical security and resilience programs.
• Coordinate checks of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems with system owners.
• Prepare daily, weekly and specialized reports using Power BI.
• Act as Operational Risk Manager during periods of absence.
