Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness to ensure venues and facilities are prepared for launch and ongoing operations in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with multiple departments to maintain readiness plans, monitor milestones, and prepare governance updates for the Transport Hub project.

This role supports risk mitigation, documentation, and handover activities to enable a smooth opening of one of Saudi Arabia's largest entertainment destinations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in operational readiness or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Operational Readiness for the Transport Hub from planning through testing, handover and opening.
• Maintain the readiness plan, schedule, trackers, dashboard and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate inputs across the six OR clusters and follow up with accountable stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, actions, risks and dependencies, escalating issues to the Portfolio Lead.
• Prepare concise readiness updates for governance and decision-making.
• Update the Transport Hub readiness schedule, action tracker, risk log and dashboard.
• Coordinate readiness inputs across project delivery, mobility, security, facilities management, technology and customer experience.
• Review handover, commissioning and contractor mobilization plans to identify readiness gaps.
• Support site inspections, testing, simulations, dry runs and readiness assessments.
• Track contractor mobilization, training, permits, approvals, SOPs and required evidence.
• Record actions, owners and target dates, and follow up through closure.
• Support handover and stage-gate reviews by maintaining accurate documentation and evidence.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for the Transport Hub Portfolio Lead. action plans.
